Sarah adds more than a decade of wide-ranging expertise to our award-winning commercial property team – winner of a Tier 5 ranking in The Legal 500 UK.

Drawing upon her specialist skills and sector insight, she has a proven track record in executing transactions spanning all areas of commercial property.

A key focus for Sarah is commercial leases, including Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 lease renewals; purchases and sales; and re-financing.

A law graduate of the University of Leicester, her career journey began in 2007 as a paralegal in Leeds, where her interest in property law first developed.

She moved to another major law firm in the city three years later, where she continued in train in commercial property alongside litigation, employment and family law.

She qualified into litigation for 14 months before transferring her skills into commercial property law.

Sarah joined us here at Milners in December 2017 and quickly established herself as a core part of our team.

Away from our offices, she is mum to Alice. And in her spare time, you are most likely to find her at a comedy gig, or out in the great outdoors of the Yorkshire countryside walking, hiking and camping.
