Pascale is our family law specialist, and joined us in 2019 to lead our services relating to divorce and separation.

She brings to Milners nearly a decade of legal expertise, with a dedicated focus on family law spanning seven years.

Her work sees her liaising closely with other private client solicitors here at Milners.

Educated in Harrogate, before graduating from the BPP Leeds Law School, her career in law started for another major practice based in Leeds city centre. She then moved to a firm of York-based solicitors, where she further developed her family law specialism.

She is a member of both the Yorkshire Law Society and Resolution, the body committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

A keen fitness enthusiast, she relaxes through yoga and running. And if she needs a faster change of pace outside work, you will often find her at the UK’s top racetracks as she follows her passion for all things motorsport – including Formula 1, Moto GP, British Touring Cars and TT.
