Oliver Cashman, having qualified in 2008 has earned a distinguished reputation as a leading authority in the fields of commercial and employment litigation. His career to date has seen him thrust in at the deep end of numerous high profile, public cases including the phone-hacking scandal of 2011, as well as successfully bringing compensation claims for many victims of Jimmy Saville.

As a keen sportsman, Oliver enjoys a range of activities, especially rugby. He was the captain of Yarnbury 1st XV from 2012 to 2016, helping to lead the team to promotion to the premier division in the Yorkshire leagues and leading them out in the final of the Intermediate Cup at Twickenham in May 2014.
