He has amassed over 14 years of legal expertise working with a raft of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, PLCs and the third sector - across Yorkshire and beyond. Darren performs a wide-ranging role supporting businesses on a range of legal issues. This extends to the drafting, advising upon, and negotiating company commercial agreements, including Memorandum and Articles of Association; intellectual property and software agreements; and general commercial agreements governing outsourcing and the supply of goods and services. He joins the Milners team from the Leeds office of international law firm DWF, where he was a Senior Associate.
