Andrew heads up our Commercial Property department. He has previously held senior positions at two large firms of solicitors. He qualified in 1997.

Offering the highest quality service from knowledge gained throughout his career, Andrew provides swift responses to give his clients the commercial edge which is so often needed in these competitive times.

Andrew has a strong reputation for his pragmatic and professional approach with a determined focus on achieving his clients desired commercial outcomes. He acts for both local and national clients and through personal recommendations has overseen year on year growth in the Commercial Property Department since joining Milners in 2013.

Specifically, Andrew can advise and assist with sales and acquisitions, commercial leases and licences, landlord and tenant matters, Pre-emption and Option Agreements, Conditional contracts, Overage and Clawback Agreements, Deeds of Easements including rights of way and utility rights, secured lending, negotiation of collateral warranty agreements and much more.
