Acting for the Trust as assistant solicitor to Giles, Ben set new precedents in Construction and Professional Negligence Law as well as helping to add definition to what constitutes an unfair contract term.
An Electrical Sub-Contractor v A Construction Contractor
Acting for the Sub-Contractor in the County Court in this unreported case, Ben established that a text message from a director of the Contractor could constitute a personal guarantee after the Contractor became insolvent.
